We provide consultancy services to our clients with sharp focus on trading in the forex markets. We trade forex using our own fully developed algorithms with our own funds and provide services to clients who may also be trading in such markets.

Max Hamidi
BEng(Hons), FCCA, AMCT
Max Hamidi brings 30 years of illustrious international career with him to M&A Capital which he co-founded. Max received his education from a young age, in the UK completing his schooling, higher education and professional training, gaining professional and business experience with some of the world’s leading organizations.
Prior to launching M&A Capital, Max served for 9 years until November 2016, as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Treasury & Corporate Investments of Amlak Finance PJSC, the 1st and largest mortgage finance company in the UAE. Prior to Amlak, Max was the Regional Finance Director Royal Vopak (Middle East), a global leader in oil and petrochemical tank terminal storage facilities spanning all continents. Max worked in KPMG Iran and UAE at a director level for 4 years heading the financial services practice, providing assurance and advisory services to the firm’s top local and international clients. Following completion of his chartered certified accountancy training, Max worked in NatWest Bank Plc. and the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. in the City of London as a finance manager, an Asset & Liability Manager and within the Treasury and Investment Banking sectors, as a Securitization Manager for 7 years.
Max is an engineering honors graduate from Middlesex university in London and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts and a Member of The Association of Corporate Treasurers of UK.

AMIN AFRASSIABI
BSME in System Design, Executive MBA in MIS
Amin Afrassiabi as a co-founder of M&A Capital has over 25 years of enterprise program implementation bringing a wealth of IT and programming knowledge to the Firm. During initial years, Amin created data warehouse for Aerospace and Airline industry in the USA. During the early stages of internet era, Amin worked as chief architect and system designer of data warehouse for Software industry such as Microsoft and Siebel Software as well as online gaming industry. Subsequent projects were for banking and insurance segment such as Bank of America and GE Financial Services which led him to the UAE, Mashreq bank for implementation of banking data warehouse and data mining project.
Amin has continued as entrepreneur working with companies in extracting business intelligence from their data and optimizing their systems.
Amin received his bachelorette of science in Mechanical Engineering in System Design from University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and Master of Business in MIS from executive MBA program shared between University of Washington and Pepperdine University in California.

Suveer Rana
B.A. Mathematics & Economics
Suveer Rana is the Operations Head and Co-Founder of M&A Capital which invests long-term capital, primarily in forex markets generating attractive returns for its partners and clients. Suveer brings more than 18 years of experience from sectors such as banking & financial services and investment management. Suveer is responsible for firm’s operational excellence and, designing and effective execution of various algorithmic trading strategies.
Prior to his position with M&A Capital, from 2008 to 2018, Suveer was Head of some key functions namely, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Regulatory Compliance, Service Quality and Customer Services with Amlak Finance PJSC. From 2005 to 2008, Suveer was Head of MIS Analytics and Business Support functions in ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Suveer began his career in 2001 at NIIT Ltd, a global learning outsourcing company as Marketing Analyst.
Suveer received his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Himachal Pradesh University, India. He also holds Certificate in Computing, Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India.
